Strange Darling (2024) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐
Nothing is what it seems when a twisted one-night stand spirals into a serial killer’s vicious murder spree.

Putting yourself out there is hard y’all. It’s vulnerable, it’s scary and sometimes, the worst of times, it’s deadly. On a no-pressure-we-can-go-back-to-being-strangers one-night stand, The Lady (Willa Fitzgerald) and The Demon (Kyle Gallner) have chemistry for miles until a little role play turns into days of terror.

Kyle Gallner and Willa Fitzgerald in Strange Darling
You may think it’s fussy to stop my review here but JT Mollner’s insane rollercoaster of holyshitness (it’s a word) and explicit, no holds barred violence makes this film one to go in ABSOLUTELY cold for. Willa Fitzgerald is incredibly dynamic, Gallner is equally tormenting in the best ways possible. The film is gorgeous, isolating and will leave you gasping, due to the fantastic efforts by Producer and Director of Photography, Giovanni Ribisi, shooting the entire film on 35mm.
Long story short, go see STRANGE DARLING in cinemas now, do background checks on your Tinder dates and yeah, learn a solid safe word.
