Here’s what’s heading soon to your screen near you!


HEART EYES (Coming to Theatres February 7th) (Slasher)

Heart Eyes, the upcoming horror film directed by Josh Ruben (Werewolves Within), follows two unlucky coworkers, Ally (Holt) and Jay (Gooding), who became the target of a masked killer on Valentine’s Day. The Heart Eyes killer, a deranged murderer who preys on couples, mistakes the duo for a romantic pair, forcing them to spend the night running for their lives. starring Olivia Holt, Mason Gooding, Jordana Brewster, Devon Sawa, and Gigi Zumbado. Written by Phillip Murphy, Michael Kennedy and Christopher Landon.

Heart Eyes blends horror and dark comedy, offering a thrilling mix of suspense and humor. Heart Eyes is poised to deliver a fresh, exhilarating experience for fans of slashers.


THE MONKEY (Coming to Theatres February 21st) (Horror Comedy)

Stephen King’s spine-chilling short story The Monkey, first published in 1980, is making its way to the big screen on March 21st, with an experienced team of filmmakers and actors working on this project. The film focuses on two brothers who stumble upon the old, cymbal-clanging monkey toy in their attic during their childhood. What seems like an innocent toy quickly turns into a nightmare, as every time the toy strikes its cymbals, someone close to the brothers meets a tragic, untimely death. This film was produced by James Wan, Dave Caplan, Michael Clear, Chris Ferguson, and Brian Kavanaugh-Jones, the film features an impressive cast, including Theo James, Tatiana Maslany, Elijah Wood, Christian Convery, Colin O’Brien, Rohan Campbell, and Sarah Levy. Directed by Osgood Perkins, this will be his first film following the success of Longlegs.

Director Osgood Perkins has revealed some interesting insights into the adaptation process, particularly how Stephen King was hands-off throughout, allowing the filmmakers to have full creative control. While the original script was described as “very serious,” Perkins took this opportunity to push the boundaries, adding a much more extreme and dark edge to the story. With his darker, more intense vision, Perkins is turning The Monkey into a terrifying experience that promises to leave audiences on the edge of their seats. Fans of King’s work can expect a fresh yet extremely disturbing take on this iconic story, blending Kings signature horror with another level of grotesque storytelling.


OPUS (Coming to Theatres March 14th) (Psychological Thriller)

Opus follows a young writer and journalist, played by Emmy winner Ayo Edebiri (The Bear), who receives an invitation to a remote compound owned by a legendary pop star (John Malkovich) who mysteriously disappeared three decades ago. As she ventures into this bizarre world of the pop star’s loyal disciples and a group of jaded journalists, she quickly finds herself entangled in a web of deceit and obsession, where nothing is what it seems.

Alongside Edebiri and Malkovich, the film boasts a stellar cast including Juliette Lewis, Murray Bartlett, Amber Midthunder, Tony Hale, Tatanka Means, Young Mazino, Tamera Tomakili, and Stephanie Suganami. Written and directed by Mark Anthony Green in his feature debut, Opus delivers a gripping psychological thriller that dives deep into themes of idolization, fame, and manipulation.


THE WOMAN IN THE YARD (Coming to Theatres March 28th) (Paranormal)

The Woman in the Yard stars Danielle Deadwyler as Ramona, a woman consumed by grief after surviving a car accident that claims the life of her husband (Russell Hornsby). Now recently widowed and living alone in a rural farmhouse, Ramona is left to care for their two children, a 14-year-old son (Peyton Jackson) and a 6-year-old daughter (Estella Kahiha). But soon an eerie figure, an unsettling woman (Okwui Okpokwasili) appears in their yard, Ramona initially assumes she’s lost and confused. However, as the woman gets closer to the house, it becomes very clear that she is no ordinary figure, and her intentions are far from innocent.

With her family’s safety on the line, Ramona must gather the strength to protect her children from an unexplainable and terrifying presence that refuses to leave.

A film by Blumhouse Productions, The Woman in the Yard is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra (Black Adam, Jungle Cruise), who reunites with Deadwyler after their recent collaboration on the upcoming thriller Carry On. The film also marks the feature debut of screenwriter Sam Stefanak.
