Whether you’re planning a Halloween soiree or just want something sinister to sip for a party of one, we’ve got you covered with a new batch of three Horror film-themed cocktails to add to your list.

#1 THE BLOODY MARION: A less heavy version of the standard Bloody Mary yet no lighter on the booze, mingling Marion’s softness with her steely deception.

Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces Hendrick’s gin
1 ounce cucumber juice*
1 ounce tomato juice
3 dashes Hella Bitters ginger lemon bitters
Fever-Tree ginger beer, chilled, to top (approximately 1 ounce)
Garnish: dill salt rim**

Steps
Coat the rim of a rocks glass with the dill salt and set aside.

Add the gin, cucumber and tomato juices and bitters into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.

Top with the ginger beer.

*Cucumber juice: Get out that Ninja or press finely chopped cucumber through a cheesecloth.

**Dill salt: Stir together 1 sprig of dill and 1/4 cup salt in a bowl, and let sit for at least 2 hours before using. Makes 1/4 cup, enough to rim 12 glasses.

#2 MOURNING DOVES: Famous at Nashville’s Pineville Social, this cocktail nods to Christiane Génessier and the caged doves.

Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces El Jimador reposado tequila
1/2 ounce Amaro di Angostura
3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 ounce maple syrup
1/4 ounce simple syrup
Garnish: lemon wheel

Steps
Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake.

Strain into a rocks glass over a large chunk of ice.

Garnish with a lemon wheel.

#3 THE LAMB: A nod to Dr. Lecter and Agent Starling alike, I give you a Chianti cocktail.

Ingredients:

1 oz of Chianti
¾ oz Cocchi Americano
½ oz Tanqueray Gin
1 tsp Tuaca

Steps:
Build over ice, saving Tuaca for last
